Answer: Each ORFEXPRESS™ Shuttle Clone has two multiple cloning sites (MCS) flanking the ORF. By choosing suitable restriction enzymes, you can cut out the entire ORF from ORFEXPRESS™ Shuttle clones and insert the ORF into your vectors by classical sub-cloning methods.
