GeneHero™ CRISPR stable cell lines
GeneHero™ CRISPR-Cas9 stable cell lines constitutively express the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease, which enables you to carry out CRISPR genome editing applications with enhanced efficiency. GeneCopoeia also provides CRISPRa stable cell lines and CRISPRi stable cell lines, which are great tools for the functional studies of gene expression and functional screening.
The
S. pyogenes CRISPR Cas9 nuclease is either specifically integrated into the human AAVS1 or mouse ROSA26 “Safe Harbor” sites, or randomly integrated into the genome, which both allow the Cas9 nuclease stable expression. They can be used for gene knockout, knockin, mutagenesis, tagging or library screening. Simply transfect the cells with a single sgRNA, with or without a donor clone, or transfect the cells with a sgRNA library.
The cell lines are selected single clones with verified dCas9-VP64/MPH integration and expression. They can be used for single gene activation or a library screening. Simply transfect the cells with a single sgRNA or CRISPRa sgRNA libraries.
