Lenti-Pac™ Lentiviral Packaging kits

Lentiviral packaging kits have been optimized for use with GeneCopoeia lentiviral constructs to achieve high titers and robust expression levels.

Both HIV-and FIV-based lentiviral packaging kits are available and include EndoFectin Lenti and TiterBoost reagents for 10-fold higher titers. The components of the kit together with miRNA plasmids can be co-transfected into GeneCopoeia 293Ta cells to produce lentiviral particles for further transduction into non-dividing or difficult-to-transfect target cells.
