Effect of repetitive freeze-thaw cycles

Effect of 5 days storage at 37℃

The eGFP lentivirus was stored in PBS, Lenti-Pac™ Lentivirus Storage Buffer, and competing product at 37°C for 5 days (it is generally believed that the biological activity of lentivirus will drop sharply when placed in a 37°C environment). 5 MOI of the above lentiviruses were used to transduce H1299 cells.
