GeneCopoeia offers LR Recombinase Enzyme Mix Kit, including LR Recombinase Enzyme Mix, 5X Reaction Buffer and Positive control (100ng/µl). It is involved in the LR reaction of Gateway® Cloning Technology and catalyzes the recombination between an entry clone (containing a gene of interest flanked by attL sites) and a destination vector (containing attR sites) to generate an expression clone in vitro.
