AccelerRT® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase

Product Information AccelerRT^® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase (RT) is an engineered version of M-MuLV RT with reduced RNase H activity. RNase H specifically degrade the RNA stand in RNA-DNA hybrids, therefore it probably degrade the RNA template in RNA-DNA hybrids when the first-stand cDNA synthesis. The enzyme can be used to synthesize more full-length product than conventional M-MLV, stronger extension ability. And it can used to Real Time RT-PCR.

Exceptional RNA template sensitivity

Figure 1.First-strand cDNA was generated from 100 ng to 1 pg of total RNA from Hela total RNA and Jurkat total RNA using AccelerRT® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase. The synthesized cDNA was used as a template for qPCR using All-in-One™ qPCR Mix(Cat.# QP001).

Long fragment amplification

Figure 2.Hela total RNA was retrotranscribed with oligo(dT) primers using AccelerRT® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase. The FAT1 and PRKDC fragments of synthesized cDNA were amplified by PCR using All-in-One™ qPCR Mix(Cat.# QP001).The results showed that RNA sequences up to 15 kb in length were completely reverse-transcribed.

Consistent performance in the presence of a variety of inhibitors
