Extractable Nuclear Antigen (ENA) and Antinuclear Antibody (ANA) Antigen Array

Product Information

Extractable Nuclear Antigens (ENA) and antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are crucial biomarkers that are used to indicate the presence of systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases.

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsArray™ ENA and ANA 32-Plex Antigen Array is a highly sensitive protein microarray that offers powerful antibody profiling capabilities to detect autoantibodies that are associated with systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), Sjögren’s syndrome (SS), and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD).

This antigen array contains 32 ENA and ANA antigens which are most relevant to autoimmune disorder. The superior-quality purified nuclear antigens were coated onto the 3D surface of microchips to ensure that antigens retain their natural conformations. Each antigen has 3 different concentrations in duplicates enabling optimal antigen-antibody binding with highest sensitivity and reproducibility for antibody detection. Internal Ig and anti-Ig controls are included in each array for normalization and quantification purpose. Additionally, the utilization of fluorescent 2nd antibodies in our microarrays allow for the detection of different types (and sub-types) of antibodies per experiment, minimizing the requirement of sample needed.

In addition to premade arrays, arrays containing customized sets of antigens are available, as well as array processing kits, array profiling services and data analysis. To order custom arrays and services, please contact us.

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsArray™ ENA and ANA 32-Plex Antigen Array is part of the GeneCopoeia OmicsArray™ Antigen Microarray family.

Bacterial Surface Antigen Array, 14-plex

Product Information

Microbiome and Bacterial infections are potential pathogenic risk for cancer and autoimmune diseases. GeneCopoeia’s 14-plex Bacterial Surface Antigen Array is a protein microarray enabling simultaneous detection of antibodies targeting to the surface antigens of 14 potential pathogenic bacterial strains in human. The array carries superior-quality purified bacterial surface antigens from Neisseria mucosa, Eubacterium yurii, Actinomyces oris, Rothia dentocariosa, Neisseria macacae, Neisseria sicca, Neisseria elongate, Neisseria flavescens, Aggregatibacter aphrophilus, Streptococcus parasanguinis, Lactobacillus gasseri, Streptococcus sanguinis, Blantia Coccoides, and H. pylori, spotted onto nitrocellulose membrane-coated microchips, which keep the conformational structure of the antigens.

The antigens are spotted on chip with 5 different dilutions enabling optimal antigen-antibody binding with highest sensitivity for antibody detection. Using different fluorescent labeled 2nd antibodies make it feasible to detect multiple types of antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgE)  from various biological specimens.

In addition to premade arrays, arrays containing customized sets of antigens are available, as well as array processing kits, array profiling services and data analysis. To order custom arrays and services, please contact us.

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsArray™ Bacterial Surface 14-plex Antigen Array is part of the GeneCopoeia OmicsArray™ Antigen Microarray family.
