Kidney Autoimmune Antigen Array, 51-plex

Product Information

Autoantibodies are hallmark features for kidney autoimmune diseases and nephropathy, including Lupus nephritis (LN), Membranous nephropathy (pMN), and ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV), etc. Many autoantibodies have been characterized as associated with renal diseases with some of them being possibly implicated in pathogenesis. The detection of the autoantibodies has an important role in diagnosis and follow-up of the diseases.

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsArray™ Kidney Autoimmune Antigen Array is a highly sensitive protein microarray that offers powerful antibody profiling capabilities to detect for autoantibodies that are associated with autoimmune kidney diseases and nephrophy.

The 51 antigens included in the Kidney Autoimmune Antigen panel were chosen based on the published studies. The superior-quality purified antigens were coated onto the 3D surface of microchips to ensure that antigens retain their natural conformations. Internal Ig and anti-Ig controls are included in each array for normalization and quantification purposes. Additionally, the utilization of fluorescent 2nd antibodies in our microarrays allow for the detection of two types (IgG, IgA) of antibodies on the same array, minimizing the requirement of sample needed.

In addition to premade arrays, arrays containing customized sets of antigens are available, as well as array processing kits, array profiling services and data analysis. To order premade or custom arrays, please contact us.

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsArray™ Kidney Autoimmune Antigen Array is part of the GeneCopoeia OmicsArray™ Antigen Microarray family.

OmicsLink™ Anti-Tag Antibodies

GeneCopoeia’s OmicsLink™ anti-tag antibodies are monoclonal mouse IgG antibodies that bind to 6xHis-, GFP-, GST-, D*-, HA-, or Myc-tagged fusion proteins. The antibodies can be used to identify and capture fusion proteins by western blots, immunostaining and immunoprecipitation. The immobilized antibodies can also be used for affinity purification of tagged fusion proteins. They are ideal for use with OmicsLink™ expression-ready ORF cDNA clones, which have a wide-range of fusion tag collections.

Anti-Human proBDNF Antibody

GeneCopoeia’s Anti-Human proBDNF Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that is specific for the prodomain of human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (proBDNF). It does not recognize mature BDNF.

CoolCutter™ SUMO Protease

The Small Ubiquitin MOdifier (SUMO) gene fusion system allows for the efficient removal of SUMO tags. The CoolCutter™ SUMO Protease product is a mixture of recombinant human and mouse SUMO proteases which delivers superior SUMO cleavage activity with both the native sumoylated proteins and the SUMO tag in recombinant SUMO fusion proteins.

Biotin Protein Ligase

Biotin-protein ligase (EC 6.3.4.15) activates biotin to form biotinyl 5′ adenylate and transfers the biotin to biotinaccepting proteins. It also functions as a biotin operon repressor. The protein is encoded by the birA gene. Other names for this enzyme include biotin ligase, biotin operon repressor protein, birA, biotin holoenzyme synthetase and biotin-[acetyl-CoA carboxylase] synthetase.

Recombinant Cas9 protein

Recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 nuclease, purified from E. coli, is a great choice for genome editing applications in vitro or in vivo. Available in two versions, containing nuclear localization sequence (NLS), and either with or without a C-terminal 6XHis-tag, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.

Recombinant Proteins

GeneCopoeia offers pre-made recombinant proteins.GeneCopoeia’s protein production facility uses a range of host-cell and cell-free expression systems including E.coli and mammalian cells systems. Protein expression, solubility and yield are significantly increased by using a variety of unique fusion tags that are not available in the market.

Introduction GeneCopoeia has developed Lenti-Pac™ Lentivirus Storage Buffer, which can improve the stability of the lentivirals. Using this product to dissolve lentivirus particles can improve the stability of lentivirus at -80°C and effectively preserve functional viral particles during repetitive freeze-thaw cycles, effectively slowing down the decline in virus titer and preserving lentiviral infectivity. It is suitable for resuspending lentivirus after ultracentrifugation, polyethylene glycol precipitation (PEG precipitation), and ultrafiltration concentration.

Advantage

  • Significantly improve the freeze-thaw stability of lentivirus.
  • Effectively preserve lentiviral infectivity.
  • Performance.

Application

Suitable for stable storage of any lentiviral particles.
