Premade stable cell lines

GeneCopoeia carries a comprehensive suite of premade stable cell lines. These cell lines stably express many elements useful to researchers, including the CRISPR-Cas9 nuclease, GFP, Luciferase, and cell structure related proteins. Each of these stable cell lines is provided in a number of widely-studied cancer cell line backgrounds, providing useful tools for studying cancer properties and development of effective therapies.



CRISPR-Cas9 Stable Cell Lines

The Genome-CRISP™ Cas9 stable cell lines are available pre-made in human cell lines H1299, HEK293T, HeLa, and A549, and mouse cell line Neuro2a. The CRISPR Cas9 nuclease is stably integrated into the human AAVS1 and mouse ROSA26 “Safe Harbor” sites.


Luciferase+GFP Dual Labeled Cancer Cell Lines

Coming soon, dual-labeled stable cell lines express high levels of luciferase and GFP, offering sensitive, non-invasive detection of cancer cell growth and progression in vivo, beginning soon after injection. This collection includes 8 widely-studied human cancer cell lines.


GFP Labeled Cancer Cell Lines

Coming soon, GFP-labeled stable cell lines are useful for in vivo tumor monitoring without the need for substrate perfusion, or for in vitro visualization and immunocytochemistry. This collection includes 9 widely-studied human cancer cell lines.


Cell Structure Related Stable Cell Lines

Cell structure related premade stable cell lines stably express cell structure related proteins, fused in-frame to RFP.


Transcriptional Response Stable Cell Lines

Transcriptional response (TRE) stable cell lines contain safely knocked-in transcriptional response elements.
