Lentifect™ pre-made lentivirus

GeneCopoeia provides high titer crude and purified pre-made lentivirus for various genes, positive and negative control. High titer lentivirus are produced from standardized protocols using high-purity plasmid DNA preparations and EndoFectin™ Lenti transfection and TiterBoost™ reagents. The high quality reagents and GeneCopoeia scientific expertise ensure production of the highest-titers possible of crude viral supernatant and purified particles. These lentivirus are immediately available for the following categories:

  • Positive and negative control lentivirus: eYFP, eCFP, mCherry, PLUM, Firefly luciferase, Renilla luciferase
  • ORF cDNA lentivirus: Hundreds of pre-made ORF cDNA lentivirus at affordable price, can be browsed or searched to retrieve your gene of interest
  • iPSC and commonly used lentivirus: c-Myc, Klf4, Oct4, Sox2, Nanog, Lin28, CRE recombinase, FLP recombinase, SV40 large T antigen, HIV tat

Pre-made lentivirus titer ranges from 10^7 copies/ ml for crude version to 10^9 copies/ ml for purified lentivirus. Lentifect lentivirus production process involves stringent quality control processes including sequence verification of the insert, qRT-PCR based titer estimation, etc.

H1299 cells (ATCC) in 24-well plates were transduced with the indicated amounts of eGFP either crude lentiviral particles, catalog number LP-EGFP-LV105 (Panel A) or purified particles, catalog number LPP-EGFP-LV105 (Panel B) in the presence of 5 µg/ml of polybrene. The expression of eGFP was checked with a fluorescence microscope 72 hours post-transduction.
