GeneCopoeia's antibodies are supplied through a partnership agreement by R&D Systems, which offers a wide range of antibodies to cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, proteases and inhibitors, cell adhesion molecules, stem cell factors, signal transduction and apoptosis molecules, neurotrophic factors, and developmental proteins.
These high quality antibodies are powered by our full length ORF OmicsLink™ expression clones and recombinant proteins for gene functional study, protein cellular localization, RNAi interference, msRNA functional study, in vivo RNAi validation in the fields of proteomics, reverse proteomics, systems biology. Antibodies will need to be ordered together with their corresponding ORF clones or recombinant proteins.
Detection of ADAM9 in cryostat tissue sections of mouse kidney using 15µg/mL of R&D Systems' goat anti-mouse ADAM9 affinity-purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # AF949) followed by fluorescent detection using anti-goat Rhodamine Red X. See IHC Fluorescence Protocol 1.0
